The Revolution literally brought us here. You could google Didi Menendez and Emma Trelles if you are not sure what we are referring to. That is about as much as we are going to bring up about our family's background in this forum. We would rather blog about disco, whether it's defined as the act of dancing with words or with someone else beneath mirrored balls and laser lights.
This week Didi Menendez will be chatting with a few other bloggers and one that has not set up a blog at all. Ever. Possibly never. Emma will be blogging about the beauty of chapbooks and the brightness of poems.
Together we will pursue our quest to figure out why disco matters, what poets dream about, who really killed John F. Kennedy and the source of dust bunnies because poetry comes from everywhere and sometimes it comes to you loud and clear.
