Grace Hartigan and Frank O’Hara
Frank O’Hara dedicated his poem "In Memory of My Feelings" to his
friend, the artist Grace Hartigan. In the oft-quoted phrase from that poem,
"Grace / to be born and live as variously as possible," O’Hara intended
"Grace" to have a double meaning. . .
