When I first saw the blue and white lights, I thought it was some weird reflection.

But no.

It was the Buone Feste Tram running along the #3 line.

And here it is, leaving from the Colosseum:Merry merry, happy happy, and believe your eyes when you see that blue & white Buone Feste Tram!
